It has a pretty nice heft to it and is a nice size. It’s by far the most correct spring pistol I used though it does not have the range I could like. I can hit a man sized target at about 70 feet about 3/4 of the time and with a 24 round magazine you have more opportunities to get a hit. I love this gun and use it as a sidearm in games but I have two pretty minor complaints. 1st of all and most likely the biggest is when it says a locking slide I projected the slide to lock automatically, telling you when you’re out of bbs but this gun doesn’t lock back automatically. There’s a lock button but it’s manual. I have the Crossman P9 and the slide does lock back automatically. I haven’t used the real variant of this weapon so I do not know if that it authentic or not. My other minor complaint is that the slide on occasion sticks when you cock it and needs to be pushed up. In general this gun is amazing and I could recommend it to anybody who plays airsoft with many degree of seriousness or just to play around with.

The slide on that variant of the pistol didn’t lock back automatically when the mag was empty. I bought another clamshell variant from and the same was true. After researching this, it became clear that the variant that comes boxed, with one magazine (the one this review is being written about) does feature the auto locking slide. As far as I can tell, after having bought a total of two clamshell and three boxed variants, the slide lock is the only difference between the pistols themselves. Both are really made by KWC. The boxed variant will include one mag and the clamshell variant will include two mags. Be told that it is possible to lock the slide back on either variant of the pistol, but on the clamshell variant one has to manually engage the slide lock lever while pulling the slide back, which may be difficult. On the boxed variant the slide lock will automatically engage with an empty mag in the pistol. It is my belief that the auto locking slide variant is better. Slide locks back when mag is empty eject empty mag put full mag release slide lock fire. It certainly feels more realistic.
As far as performance, look, and in general satisfaction with the pistol are worried, I believe this is one of the best pistols on the market, and nearly surely the best available at the $30 to $40 price point. Yes.It’s a spring pistol. Yes.It’s usually plastic. But, it is powerful for a spring pistol and very lasting and good looking for a plastic pistol. The grip is the most comfy I have used. Extra mags are available from a range of sources and the mags hold 24 rounds each. Jams, when they do rarely happen, are easily cleared by locking the slide back, thus accessing the open ejection port. The pistol is pretty easy to disassemble for cleaning.
The pistol has good sights, and the rail lets easy mounting of lasers and lights. In fact, one could use up more on the laser, light, or combo than the pistol itself. With a decent laser, properly zeroed, I can steadily hit three inch targets at 50 feet, six inch targets at 100 feet, and man sized targets at 150 feet with this pistol. I do not need or expect it to do more than that it is a handgun, not a sniper rifle.
This is the airsoft pistol I generally recommend to friends. I can not give it much higher praise than that. You could certainly use up less, but you’d end up with a cheap inaccurate toy usually. You could use up more, but you would not really have to.

It has realistic weight and size to start off with, and a mag capacity of 24+1! the ergonmic grip fits any hand and feels nice after hours of shooting! i can hit a 5inchx5inch square from 30ft away 99 of the time. Just be sure you ONLY use .2 bb’s. .12 will get jammed. Also get a speed loader the mag has no spring lock so you have to do it by hand and 25 bb’s is alot haha. Great accuracy power and feel!
